I am Dr. Adama Ndjol Kouyaté, your strategic partner. I see the world through the lenses of creativity and structure, where both cohabitate effortlessly. I have always been fascinated by the complexity of human beings; how they think, how they act. This interest led me into the space of organizational culture design, facilitating the transformation of work environments: coaching, advising, partnering, and moderating events.

I am passionate about the continent and skillfully support companies to expand their interests. I am equally passionate about transforming mindsets and perspectives, infusing culture, art, and storytelling in all that I do. As a Djéli (Griot), I leverage my cultural capital making storytelling and advisory second nature. Operating in the space of organizational culture design and sustainability policy advisory, my team and I work closely with executives: that are concerned about their environment, that want to attain optimal performance for their teams and themselves. These leaders value and appreciate the human factor in their operations as well as the future of the environment and take environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters very seriously.

This is why, my motto “Boldly and elegantly forge your path”, my invitation for personal agency, is something I share with my clients and encourage them to embody as they look to ennoble their environment.
