Dr. Adama Ndjol Kouyaté is your strategic partner. She experiences the world through the fusion of creativity and structure, where both coexist harmoniously. She is the founder of two management consulting agencies, AnKOR Advisors LLC and Farafina Consulting.

A passionate pan-African, advocate for equity, an international development seasoned professional, a strategist, a facilitator, and a storyteller, she embodies the spirit and diversity of the African continent. Her favorite phrase “I breathe Africa” is a leitmotiv she lives by. With an impressive international career spanning philanthropy, finance, management consulting, and entrepreneurship, she is dedicated to personal transformation and to ennobling her environment. She is a polyglot speaking five African languages, English and French. A Djéli (Griot), she leverages her cultural capital making storytelling and advisory second nature. Now expanding her influence into public speaking, academia, and the creative sector, she continues to inspire and foster the power of culture.

She is driven by a vision of a realized Africa, where innovation, equity, and cultural diversity are amplified. She believes in the transformative power of education, collaboration, and storytelling to create a more just and equitable world for all. She is a firm believer in supporting women led initiatives to accelerate their equitable advancement.

She has always been fascinated by the complexity of human behaviors – how they think and act –which inspired her to pursue her passion for personal and professional growth by earning a coaching certification, allowing her to effectively support her clients in achieving their goals.

She volunteers her time as a judge and mentor with global networks such as Stanford Seed and MassChallenge Switzerland, supporting entrepreneurs, and filmmakers. She also lends her expertise to social justice organizations. She believes in embracing our shared humanity to make our world infinitely richer and more enjoyable.

Dr. Kouyaté holds a Ph.D. in International Business Management with a focus on sustainability at the intersection of impact investment and the creative sector in Africa (Film). She also holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from New York University (NYU), a Bachelors of Business Administration from The Bernard M. Baruch College, and a Coaching Certification from Team Coaching International, California.
